Drumroll, please...!!

My...house...is...SOLD!

The papers are signed, the deal is done. We have the guest list, we have the party date (07/07/07!), we have a menu (www.chocolatesushi.com) and we have the new red leather loveseat (thanks for reminding me, Phil!).

What we *don't* have is the venue, and I promise to start working on that next week :-)
