Hi y'all GO 405er's, past and present:

Well, there is only a few of us left and we are still trying to recover from the grief. The rest of you abandon us for greener or retired pastures.

We are getting together early this year so we can beat the holiday rush. Hope that you can make it for drinks and/or dinner this Thursday, November 17th at 5:30 pm.  

Please bring your significant others - it is an open invitation. I would appreciate an RSVP so I can make a reservation for the group. Forward this message to any and all former GO 405 HO's. I may not have accurate e-mail addresses.

Replacement go405 rider

Since our BLOG mistress has run away, to be closer to work, we needed a replacement.

The following pictures are of one of the candidates. He is a bit hard to look at but is very creative.

How Many Biebers Can You Take?

After my meeting, I took a bus out to SOHO and walked back to midtown through the East Village, Gramercy, Murray Hill, Time Square... bought the BEST cookies off a Sweet Street truck: Flourless Chocolate Walnut and a Coconut Macaroon Nutella Sandwich. Both were warm. Mmmmmmmmmmm. That was dinner... followed up by a buttered bagel for dessert :-)

Remember FSLRs? FILM??!?

Anyone remember what film is and what it is used for (and how it can hang around in a camera for awhile before being developed)? Remember what it was like to get a roll developed, having totally forgotten what photos you'd taken? Remember the anticipation of opening the envelope after a week or so (or in my case, many years)? What fun! You totally miss all that excitement with DSLRs!!

Anyway, I hope everyone is doing well. There hasn't been much action on the blog for awhile, so here are a few photos that had been hanging around in my FSLR.. Maybe film will make a comeback? Nah..
