My thoughts on the subject:
I am not concerned! The FDA allowing corn syrup into chocolate might affect the mass marketers such as Hershey or Nestles' but I don't eat their products. Top US chocolatiers such as Ghirardelli or Guittard will continue to use milk and cocoa butter.
The Mars Bars crowd probably won't notice a little more fructose here, or a little more modified milk product there.
