9. Delicious cheese aging at Laiterie Charlevoix. They produce La Migneron, Hercule, Fleurmier and... coming this fall... 1608! And we got to sample it!! Awesome. It's a varietal cheese, with all milk coming from the near-extinct Canadian Cow.
10. The end of a great meal at Les Trois Canards. 10 points if you can guess what that little stemmed thing in the middle is. It was a first for me!

Nice pictures. I haven't the foggiest idea as to what's on your plate, looks like it belongs in a sci-fi flick. And look at all those cheese wheels...yum yum. I like the 'alarmed man screams no' interpretation. Nice one.
