When a driver filed a request to get a plate reading "X32IARO" issued, few thought much of it. All except one clever clerk, who tried to figure out what that could possibly mean.
His curiosity led him to try and pronounce the message, which got him nowhere. He looked for a pattern, but that didn't help either. And finally he read it backwards, an act that finally led to its instant rejection.
The bureaucrat discovered that "X32IARO" seen in a rear view mirror would be turned around and would spell out "ORALSEX."
Officials admit that's not dirty in itself, but the rules state anything that might be considered offensive can be rejected and the application for the licentious licence eventually was.
